These Payment Terms (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, bookings, payments and refunds made through the site https://www.booking.moleculedx.com/ (the “Site”) operated by MoleculeDx (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a payment or booking through the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at the time of booking:

• Payments will be processed through our third-party payment gateway(s).
• All payments must be made in USD and are subject to any applicable taxes or processing fees.

2. When Payment Is Taken

• At the time you confirm your booking, you may be asked to make a full or partial payment, as specified on the booking form.
• Your booking is only confirmed when we have both accepted it and received the payment.
• Failure to make the required payment by the specified time may result in cancellation of your booking without liability on our part.

3. Prices, Taxes & Fees

• All prices listed on the Site are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as stated) and subject to change before payment is made.
• You are responsible for paying any applicable  taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Additional fees (such as rush service, same-day appointment fees, etc.) may apply and will be clearly indicated before payment.

4. Booking Changes, Rescheduling and Cancellation

• If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 3 hours/days prior to the scheduled time.
• The policy for changes/cancellations and any associated fees will be published on the Site or communicated at booking.
• If you cancel or fail to attend (“no-show”) without following the policy, you may be liable for the full payment or a cancellation fee as specified.

5. Refunds and Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only if you meet the criteria set out in our cancellation/refund policy.
• If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and may take 7-10 business days.
• We may deduct any applicable fees (cancellation fee, administrative charges) from the refund amount, as disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Payment Failures & Chargebacks

• If your payment fails due to incorrect payment details, insufficient funds or network errors, your booking may be cancelled.
• You must not initiate a chargeback, reversal or dispute with your card/ payment provider without contacting us first. Pursuing a chargeback without first giving us a chance to resolve may result in your account or future bookings being suspended.

7. Refunds for Service Provider Failures

• If we are unable to provide the booked service for any reason within our control (e.g., lab closure, equipment failure), we will notify you and offer a refund or alternate appointment, at our discretion.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (see full Terms & Conditions for limitations).

8. Data Protection & Payment Security

• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateway(s).
• We do not store your full card details; your payment provider handles the processing.
• You agree that we may share minimal payment-related data (e.g., transaction ID, amount paid) with third-party processors solely for payment reconciliation and audit purposes.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Payment Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pensilvania, USA. Any dispute arising from payment, refund or fee issues shall be submitted to the courts located in Pensilvania, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Payment Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Site. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the date of the changes. Your continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
